There may be a particular issue in your life just now that has led you to explore the option of therapy. We focus on this in our work together and meet for 6-12 appointments.
Longer-term therapy can support in-depth exploration around a number of issues and can help gently build tolerance to more challenging feelings and emotions over time.
Online working can also provide a supportive therapeutic space. Where it is not possible to meet in person, I offer short-term and open-ended therapy online over Zoom.
