There may be a particular issue or situation in your life just now that has led you to explore the option of therapy. We focus on this in our work together and might meet for 6–12 appointments.
Longer-term therapy can support in-depth exploration around a number of issues and can help gently build tolerance to more challenging feelings and emotions over time.
Online working can also provide a supportive therapeutic space. Where it is not possible to meet in person, I offer short-term and open-ended therapy online over Zoom.
I am an experienced mindfulness-based psychotherapist practising in Central London and online. I offer a safe, non-judging, and confidential therapeutic space where thoughts and feelings can be shared and explored. I am accredited with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). My main therapy qualification is a MA in Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapeutic Practice from the Karuna Institute and Middlesex University. My other academic qualifications include a MSc in Psychological Science (Conversion) from the University of Glasgow and am nearing completion of a PhD in Counselling Studies at the University of Edinburgh.
I currently have availability for new clients in Bloomsbury, Central London on Mondays, and online on Thursdays.
