There may be a particular issue or situation in your life just now that has led you to explore the option of therapy. We focus on this in our work together and might meet for 6-12 appointments.
Open-ended therapy can allow for the in-depth exploration of a number of issues and can help gently build tolerance to more challenging feelings and emotions.
Where it is not possible to meet in-person, I offer short-term and open-ended therapy online using Zoom.
