There may be a particular issue in your life just now that has led you to explore therapy. We focus on this in our work together and may meet for 6–12 appointments overall.
Longer-term therapy can support in-depth exploration around a number of issues and can help gently build tolerance to more challenging feelings and emotions over time.
Online working can also provide a supportive therapeutic space. Where it is not possible to meet in person, I offer short-term and open-ended therapy online via Zoom.
I am an experienced mindfulness-based psychotherapist practising in Central London and online. I offer a safe, non-judging, and confidential therapeutic space where thoughts and feelings can be shared and explored. I am accredited with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). My main therapy qualification is a MA in Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapeutic Practice from the Karuna Institute and Middlesex University. My other academic qualifications include a MSc in Psychological Science (Conversion) from the University of Glasgow and am nearing completion of a PhD in Counselling Studies at the University of Edinburgh.
I currently have availability for new clients in Bloomsbury, Central London on Mondays, and online on Thursdays.
