There may be a particular issue or situation in your life just now that has led you to explore the option of therapy. We focus on this in our work together and might meet for 6–12 appointments.
Longer-term therapy can support in-depth exploration around a number of issues and can help gently build tolerance to more challenging feelings and emotions over time.
Online working can also provide a supportive therapeutic space. Where it is not possible to meet in person, I offer short-term and open-ended therapy online over Zoom.
I am an experienced mindfulness-based psychotherapist practising in Central London and online. I offer a safe, non-judging, and confidential therapeutic space where thoughts and feelings can be shared and explored. I am accredited with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). My professional qualification is an MA in Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapeutic Practice from the Karuna Institute and Middlesex University. I also hold a PhD in Counselling Studies from the University of Edinburgh and an MSc in Psychological Science (Conversion) from the University of Glasgow.
