Mindfulness-based Psychotherapy in Central London

I am an experienced mindfulness-based psychotherapist practising in Central London and online. I offer a safe, non-judging, and confidential therapeutic space where thoughts and feelings can be shared and explored. I provide both short-term and open-ended therapy and have experience working across a range of areas, including:

  • work-related stress
  • depression
  • anxiety
  • sexuality
  • neurodivergence
  • relationship difficulties
  • major life transitions
  • and low self-esteem

I am accredited with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). My main therapy qualification is a MA in Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapeutic Practice from the Karuna Institute and Middlesex University. My other academic qualifications include a MSc in Psychological Science (Conversion) from the University of Glasgow and am nearing completion of a PhD in Counselling Studies at the University of Edinburgh.

I currently have availability for new clients in Bloomsbury, Central London on Mondays, and online on Thursdays.
